Overview

This role sits close to football operations, handling day-to-day technology at the practice facility and supporting coaching video, meeting technology, and sideline/game-day systems. When football demand is low, the Analyst supports the general IT Operations queue, making them a capable support generalist as well as a football specialist. The position splits time across three sites, with the practice facility in Ashburn, VA as the primary base, and requires flexibility for non-traditional hours across the football calendar.

Responsibilities

["Serve as an embedded technology partner to coaches, football operations, and player performance staff.","Handle day-to-day technology at the practice facility and act as on-site technology point of contact.","Support meeting-room and position-room AV, displays, coaching presentation tools, replay systems, and football-specific devices.","Coordinate with IT Operations and stadium operations on facility technology and shared services.","Coordinate with game-day technology representatives and IT Operations on event execution.","Work the IT Operations general support queue when football/event demand is low.","Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware, software, account, access, and connectivity issues.","Log, track, and resolve tickets in the service desk system to defined service levels.","Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, and support software provisioning.","Support user onboarding and offboarding including account setup, access, and equipment.","Provide hands-on guidance and training for coaches and non-technical users.","Maintain IT asset inventory and manage devices through their lifecycle.","Support cross-lane deployments, moves, and floor support on projects, acting as first responder during events.","Work within security standards set by Network, Systems, and IT Security, safeguarding confidential football and player information.","Enforce endpoint compliance per IT Security device and software policies.","Document setups, recurring issues, and fixes for repeatable support.","Work non-traditional hours across the football calendar and travel with or in support of the team as assigned."]

Requirements

["Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.","One to three years of hands-on technology support experience, ideally including football, athletics, or live-event technology.","Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, mobile device management, and common AV/meeting technology.","General end-user support skills: device setup and imaging, endpoint support, basic networking and Wi-Fi, service desk work.","Strong customer-service instincts, composure under pressure, and clear communication with coaches and non-technical users.","Discretion and sound judgment handling confidential football and player information.","Willingness to work non-traditional hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and game days, and to travel as assigned.","Available for standard support coverage Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with occasional after-hours and weekend support.","Ability to stand and walk for long periods in varying weather, climb stadium stairs, and lift/set up equipment up to 50 pounds."]
