By applying for membership, signing in, or otherwise using the Sportitechture website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Membership

Membership is by application and is granted at our discretion. We may decline an application, and we may suspend or end a membership where these terms are broken.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

What you post

You keep ownership of the profile information and other content you provide. By providing it, you give us permission to display it on the site as needed to operate the service - including in the practitioner directory, but only if you have chosen to be listed.

You agree that what you provide is accurate, is yours to share, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to harass others, to misrepresent who you are or who you work for, to scrape or bulk-extract member information, to send unsolicited marketing to members, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Information on the site

The site includes information about organisations, technology providers, events and roles across high-performance sport. We compile it carefully but cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error-free, and it should not be relied on as professional advice. Listing a provider is not an endorsement.

Our content

The Sportitechture name, brand, site design and the material we produce belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and working well, but we provide it as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact
